Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple shipping Ware houses as soon as the order is processed.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders ,shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefor , please allow a number of days in transit for delivery . In rare cases ,if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order , we will contact you via email or Telephone.

Customs, Duties , Taxes

Elite Home Tech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are a responsibility  of the customer(tariffs ,  taxes  , e t c)

If a package is returned to us due to un paid customs ,taxes or returns to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges

Damages

If you receive a damaged merchandise please take a picture and email us the picture at nyanzivictor32@gmail.com right away we will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
