If a package is returned to us due to un paid customs ,taxes or returns to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges
Damages
If you receive a damaged merchandise please take a picture and email us the picture at nyanzivictor32@gmail.com right away we will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
